Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production systems
- Strong proficiency in backend scripting language such as Ruby or Python
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder leadership
- AI fluency (required)
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and automating workflows
