- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through consultative discovery conversations
- Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue for Account Executives
- Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results
- Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Communicate the value of Homebase and how we solve real operational challenges
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to improve outreach and conversion
- Test messaging, refine outbound strategies, and share insights to help scale our sales motion
- Stay informed on small business trends, workforce challenges, and the competitive landscape
