Job Description
Homebase is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth to own and scale the growth engine, driving user acquisition and revenue from free to paid plans. This role involves strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate time-to-value, optimize engagement, and increase long-term revenue impact. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess strong analytical skills, and have a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Proven success scaling customer onboarding and engagement experiences
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams
- Deep familiarity with AI tools for product development and material experience building AI-powered customer experiences
- Strong track record of managing PMs
- Analytical and data-driven
- Exceptional storytelling and influence skills
