Job Description
Homebase is seeking a Visual & Motion Design Intern to elevate the craft and polish of their product experiences across mobile and web. The intern will work closely with product designers, engineers, and the design systems team to create motion studies, UI animations, and visual refinements that make the product feel alive, responsive, and delightful.
Requirements
- Elevate product craft by designing and prototyping motion patterns for key product interactions
- Partner with product designers to add polish and refinement to shipped features
- Create high-fidelity visual assets and ensure pixel-perfect implementation across platforms
- Work across data visualizations, illustrations, micro-interactions, and UI transitions
- Build motion language by establishing motion principles, timing curves, and animation patterns that scale across the design system
