Job Description
Homebound is hiring an Architecture Coordinator to support the Senior Architecture Associates in pre-construction activities, plan development, and permitting. The role requires 2+ years of relevant architectural experience, knowledge of building systems integration, and strong drafting and redlining skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience in residential architecture is preferred
- Knowledge of building systems integration, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
- Strong drafting and redlining skills
- Experience with industry-standard software; AutoCAD and Revit is required
- Solid understanding of how building regulations and local jurisdiction variations affect building design and construction methods
