Construction Project Manager, Los Angeles

Homebound is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage single-family home construction projects in Los Angeles, CA, with a focus on rebuilding efforts after the Altadena and Palisades fires. The role involves coordinating across functional teams, utilizing proprietary project management software, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in residential home construction as a Project Superintendent or Project Manager
• Deep understanding of the LA county permitting, inspections and certificate of occupancy process
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Software Suite applications, and experience in MS Project or equivalent schedule management software
• Valid driver's license
