Homebound is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Investment Strategy team, focused on driving the growth and execution of its infill spec development program. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a highly analytical role
• Experience owning complex, cross-functional projects and driving them from planning through execution
• Effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong interest in residential real estate development and housing markets
