Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy

Homeboy Industries is seeking a Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to steward and scale its brand, storytelling, and growth strategy. The Director will serve as the senior leader for brand, marketing, and growth, responsible for translating Homeboy's mission and values into a cohesive brand and marketing strategy that drives earned revenue, philanthropic growth, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth roles
• Demonstrated success connecting brand and marketing strategies to revenue growth, fundraising outcomes, and long-term organizational impact
• Experience working across both nonprofit and for-profit or social enterprise environments
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage agency and consultant partners
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling expertise
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, analytics, and performance measurement
