Accounting Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and lead a small offshore team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and the month-end close process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
• CPA or path to CPA is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team (including offshore teams) is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across global teams
