Requirements

- Strong interest in learning the real estate industry and developing consultative sales skills
- Comfort with outbound communication, including phone calls, emails, and texts
- Coachable, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt as processes evolve
- Comfort using modern tools and systems (CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoom/Zoom Phone, mobile apps) and eagerness to learn new technology
