Job Description
HomeSecure.ie are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, working with partners, and ensuring customers are taken care of. The position is onsite in Sandyford, Dublin. No education level specified, 2 years' experience in customer service required.
Requirements
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Experienced with a variety of CRM and other systems
- At least 2 years' experience in dealing with customers both on phone and digital platforms
- Able to work in a customer contact, target-driven environment
