Requirements
- Completed commercial education or a degree with experience in payroll accounting
- Several years of professional experience in the complete processing of payroll and salary accounting, preferably for multiple clients/companies
- Knowledge of payroll and social security law, as well as experience with tariff agreements
- Practical experience with payroll accounting systems, preferably DATEV, and common MS Office applications
- Experience in creating and interpreting reports
- Hands-on approach
- Well-developed analytical and organizational skills
- Self-contained and structured way of working combined with communication strength and team skills
- Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive information
