Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our performance and social media team and work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and external partners to achieve measurable sales contributions.

Requirements

• Several years (6-10+) of practical experience in performance or digital marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and conversion optimization
• Proven responsibility for significant marketing budgets and measurable successes in improving CPA, ROMI, and conversion rates
• Strong analytical skills including safe handling of GA4, GTM, BI tools, and attribution/incrementality
• Experience in building, leading, and developing performance teams
• Good technical understanding along the entire performance stack
• Good German and English language skills in word and writing
