AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to identify, incubate, and scale new capabilities with a focus on generative AI technologies. This critical role will involve bringing new capabilities to life from ideation to implementation and scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in innovation management, emerging technology incubation, or a related field
• Proven track record of identifying and evaluating new technologies
• Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate technology trends into actionable insights
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in generative AI concepts and applications (a plus)
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the business
