Job Description
HomeServe is seeking a People Manager to provide service and support for SHK (woodworking) trade associations. The role involves legal/HR administration, compensation & benefits, and contributing to the company culture. It requires a proactive and analytical individual passionate about craftsmanship and energy transition.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the personnel area and in-depth knowledge of labor law.
- A university degree in labor law or personnel management (or equivalent training).
- Structured working manner and hands-on mentality.
- Good German and English proficiency.
