Job Description
Manage a branch real estate sales office, recruiting and developing a sales and support staff to meet objectives for profitability and growth. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing business strategies, tracking sales revenue and market share, and managing internal audit controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Five years minimum of real estate experience, including supervisory/management experience
- Licensed Realtor
- Ability to obtain a broker's license
