The Manager of Education & Training is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering effective training and professional development programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales associates.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3ā5 years of experience in training, learning & development, education, or a related role
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners
- Experience working in a regulated environment or managing complianceārelated training is preferred
- Industry experience (e.g., real estate, sales, financial services) is a plus but not required
