Insurance Customer Service Representative

Provide day-to-day service and support to clients to meet objectives for profitability and growth, and foster good working relationships with insurance companies and underwriters.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge
• Two years successful servicing experience with independent agency (or equivalent)
• Property and Casualty License
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills
