The Marketing Coordinator will provide sales associates with administrative, marketing, social media, general office, and computer assistance support.
Requirements
- Develop and produce promotional materials
- Provide advertising and other creative consultation support
- Manage agent and property photos
- Coordinate and support Virtual Tours
- Organize proper channeling and completion of marketing forms and data
- Coordinate training of sales associates
- Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and other promotional pieces
- Assist in online marketing campaigns and business development
- Capture and analyze data trends and generate reports
- Conduct orientation training and small group training sessions
- Assist new agents in setting up their office and training on computer applications
- Plan and publish daily content for social platforms
- Create content and interact directly with agents/customers, marketing team and sales team
- Maintain internet by updating company website and sales associate's personal websites/pages
- Provide administrative, clerical and technical support to management and sales associates
