Job Description
The property manager builds and maintains a well-balanced portfolio of properties, responsible for marketing, onboarding, and maintaining properties, as well as coordinating lease renewals and advising owners on property matters.
Requirements
- Cultivate partnerships with local real estate sales offices
- Onboard new accounts, including providing recommendations to owners
- Market rental properties through the Multiple Listing Service
- Process applicants for tenancy
- Conduct property surveys/inspections
- Prepare management leases
- Coordinate and negotiate lease renewals
- Maintain property files in AppFolio
- Communicate with owners regarding property matters
