Job Description
Seeking a Title Closing Manager to oversee closing department processes and staff in Clayton, MO office. Responsibilities include ensuring proper procedures, supervising staff, and providing customer service. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, two to five years title closing experience, and one to two years of management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Two to five years title closing experience in real estate or mortgage closing area
- One to two years of management experience
- Strong computer skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
- Project management skills
- Marketing and sales skills preferred
- Superior communication skills, including presentation skills
- High degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and possess a strong aptitude for figures
