Job Description
Hometap is hiring a Director of Software Architecture to lead the foundational technology decisions that shape how our Technical Product Organization (TPO) builds and scales. This role sits at the intersection of deep hands-on technical work, technical product management, and leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressive technical growth
- Expert understanding of all things SDLC, including cloud architectures, AWS, MVC systems, DevOps, scaling integrations, and service observability/monitoring
- Ability to build a vision for the future application of technology
- Skill in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
