Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
