Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chief of Staff / Personnel Manager to drive the implementation of our strategic goals and ensure clear and efficient communication across all departments.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant work experience in a leading position, ideally in the operations area
- Fluent German and English skills in word and writing
