The Head of Facility Management is responsible for the overall coordination of renovations, technical systems, and operational management of the outlet. They will ensure quality, deadlines, and costs are met, and will be responsible for the operational management of all technical systems, compliance with laws and regulations, and the development of emergency and crisis concepts.
Requirements
- Completed studies in technical supply, building technology, electrical engineering, facility management, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in technical facility management or the operation of complex properties.
- Experience in managing maintenance, capex, and project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational management and relevant statutory regulations.
- Experience in leading teams and external service providers.
- Very good knowledge of building technical systems and systems.
- Economic understanding, including experience in budget planning and control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and structured working style.
