Job Description
Honda Center is seeking a Legal Counsel, Technology, Data & Privacy Compliance to deliver legal support across various functions and business units. The role will serve as the primary attorney responsible for Technology Governance, Risk Management and Compliance matters (GRC).
Requirements
- 4-7 years of legal practicing experience
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Eligible to be registered as an in-house counsel with the State Bar of California
- Previous GRC related experience
- Technology contract review and drafting experience
- Legal research and writing experience
