Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our lively Kitchen Team at Honey & Smoke, a grill restaurant in Great Portland Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and leading the team in producing beautiful food using seasonal produce.

• Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
• Responsible for placing orders and communicating with suppliers
• Confident in enforcing health & safety procedure
• Experienced in running service
