HoneyBook is looking for a Head of Product Design to lead their growing Product Design team and help define the future of their product experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years managing design leaders, and a proven track record of shipping exceptional, user-centered products in high-growth startups.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design
• 3+ years managing design leaders
• Proven track record of shipping exceptional, user-centered products in high-growth startups
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UX research
• Experience working in AI-enhanced product environments
• Thoughtful approach to design leadership
• Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
