Senior Agent Channel Marketing Manager

Honeycomb is a rapidly growing global startup in the commercial real estate insurance industry. We're looking for a Senior Agent Channel Marketing Manager to own the growth of our independent agent channel. The role requires deep familiarity with the commercial insurance distribution landscape and a strong understanding of sales and marketing communications. You will design and implement programs to bring agents on, activate dormant relationships, cross-sell to active producers, and win back lapsed ones. The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week spent in either our Denver or Chicago offices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
• Deep understanding of independent agent distribution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational understanding of sales and marketing communications and best practices
• Comfort working cross-functionally without heavy oversight
