Associate, Depository Operations

The Associate, Depository Operations role is part of the Post Trade team, which is responsible for maintaining the orderly, fair, and expeditious clearing and settlement arrangements for securities, on-exchange derivatives, and OTC derivatives markets.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of clearing/settlement/nominees/custodial operations in Hong Kong and Global markets
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a well-established financial organization
• Proven client service experience, including direct client interaction, issue resolution, and service delivery in a professional and timely manner
• Demonstrated proactivity, adaptability, innovation, and ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
