Job Description
We're seeking a high calibre candidate to join our Enterprise System Operations team as an IT operations specialist. The role involves system monitoring, application support, incident management, automation, and documentation.
Requirements
- High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts
- Exposure to scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell) is an added advantage
- Familiarity with application servers or databases is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to follow procedures carefully
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Able to work in a shift-based 24×7 operations environment
