Senior Operations Supervisor - Associate - System & Network Operations - IT

HKEX is looking for a high calibre candidate as an IT operations specialist to assist the team in achieving its ambitions, responsible for managing the round-the-clock operations of HKEX enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, zOS) and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, IIS) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell, REXX) for automation
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, Understanding of DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
