Vice President, Operations Control & Business Administration

Vice President, Operations Control & Business Administration role is responsible for leading and overseeing Post Trade's governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and business administration functions. The position plays a critical role in strengthening governance frameworks, operational controls, and management reporting to support effective decision-making and execution across the Post Trade function.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or business administration within financial services or financial market infrastructure
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and senior stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and project governance
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
