A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a talent to assist in designing and implementing best digital experience and customer journey strategies for personal and SME customers.
Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in customer experience and customer journey management, include e-Banking and mobile banking channels.
- Experience in conversational banking, Open API is preferred
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
- Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Good communication skills including both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred
