Job Description
A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Director to assist the Head of Agency Administration to oversee the Function. The incumbent will manage all agency sales & support functions of Agency and drive new initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics & Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Over 8 years relevant working experience in insurance business with knowledge in all kinds of agency administration functions
- Good analytical skills and data management analytical tools
- Good leadership skills & Attentive to details
- Fast-learner and good team-player
- Able to work independently and to meet tight deadline
- Excellent planning and interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
