Compliance and Company Secretary

A global manufacturing company in Hong Kong is looking for a Compliance & Company Secretary professional to join her company. The role involves handling full spectrum of company secretarial, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Requirements

• Degree holder in corporate governance or other business discipline
• Legal related experiences is highly advantageous
• More than 5 years working experiences in professional firm setting or in-house paralegal position
• Newly qualified professional or qualified professional with 1 to 2 years post qualification experience acquired
• Strong knowledge in Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant rules and regulations
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
