Our client, a leading Hong Kong Entertainment conglomerate, is looking for a Named Company Secretary to oversee the Company Secretarial Department, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and providing senior management with guidance on governance and legal matters.

Requirements

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to company standards and industry regulations while maintaining company policies
• Department Leadership: Manages the Company Secretarial Department, guiding team members and overseeing operations across Hong Kong and offshore subsidiaries
• Governance & Advisory: Provides strategic advice to the board and senior management on compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters
• Corporate Oversight: Handles secretarial duties for global subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong listing rules, SFO, and disclosure requirements
• Reporting & Meetings: Prepares reports, announcements, and coordinates board, committee, and shareholder meetings
• Transactional Support: Assists with M&A, corporate finance, acquisitions, and other strategic projects
