Job Description
A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to support BP and TA functions for her Human Resources Department.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
- Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
