Senior IT Manager (eBanking / Mobile Banking)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is hiring a Senior IT Manager to lead the BA team and collaborate with different IT teams and business units to work on ebanking and mobile banking projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years working experience in BA within ebanking industry such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Social networking platform
• At least 5 years IT project management experience
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Strong leadership, coaching and change management skills, able to negotiate and persuade others for positive results and communicate effectively across all functions and levels
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
