Job Description
A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a System Administration Manager (IT Project & Service Management) in her IT Department. The job involves providing service management, monitoring service quality, preparing service reports, and ensuring IT services are ISO20000 compliant.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Information Technology
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred
- Experience in Project Management is preferred
- Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
