We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager - Digital Customer Engagement & Marketing to drive the growth and engagement of our digital banking platforms, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, and contribute to the bank's digital leadership.
Requirements
- Develop and manage ongoing customer communications to raise awareness of the bankās digital banking platforms, its digital services and features and foster sustained user engagement.
- Design, launch, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive digital user acquisition and increase user engagement.
- Prepare detailed proposals and business cases for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Website and UI/UX teams to optimize the user experience and journey for Connect user onboarding, product sales, and ongoing engagement within the digital banking platform.
- Utilize analytics data to track and monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions on enhancements or fixes required to optimize user experience, onboarding, and acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and ensure that platform and campaign performance targets are achieved as per established Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Work with Data Analytics team and junior team members to prepare comprehensive performance updates and reports for all marketing and acquisition activities.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Branches, Product Teams, Product Support, Development Team, UI/UX Team, IT, and Group Marketing, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and achievement of KRA targets.
- Conduct thorough market research with relevant stakeholders to gain actionable insights, identify new opportunities, and deepening understanding of customer needs.
