Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for detailed execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your assigned product area. Your responsibilities will include component strategy & backlog management, customer & market insight application, agile development execution, data-driven optimization, innovation support & experimentation, and compliance adherence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a related role
• Experience working within Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in defining user stories, managing backlogs, and collaborating with engineering teams
• Familiarity with conducting user research and analyzing data to inform product decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in product management and Agile tools
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
