Job Description
MAT Holdings, Inc., a leading global manufacturer with a 40-year history, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their vertically integrated team. This role involves launching products from conception to production, managing a portfolio of SKU-intensive categories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires on-site work in the Manufacturing Facility in Jackson, TN.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in launching products from conception, production, and distribution (consumer retail, independent dealers, and rental markets)
- Effective communicator and strong project management skills
- Proven team player, customer-oriented (both internal and external)
- Able to interface with management and across functional groups
- Great problem-solving skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Ability to write clearly and conduct data analysis
