The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of business development, management functions from operation to revenue generation, contributing towards achieving the region’s overall P&L.
Requirements
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and new to Bank customers, prospects and business partners;
- Create new business opportunities and help to implement tactical sales and marketing strategies, as well as setting branch direction and goals in order to source for new avenues for business growth;
- Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring all customer inquiries, complaints and issues are addressed promptly and effectively;
- Monitor the performance of the branch (financial, operational, and customer service) while establishing appropriate metrics and benchmarks to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of each branch and identify areas for improvement;
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among the branches, promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences that lead to enhanced operational performance;
- Build talents through optimal resourcing, capacity planning, succession planning, and effective engagements;
- Collaborate strategically with Management teams of other business segments and sales channels to solicit high net worth referrals, upgrades and business opportunities;
