Job Description
The 12-month Personal Banker Associate Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain invaluable insights into the world of Business Channels. You will develop a holistic understanding of our operations, products and services, preparing you for a successful career development from being a Personal Banker and advance towards being Priority Banking Relationship Managers in the future managing high-net-worth and affluent clients.
Requirements
- Degree in any related field with a min CGPA of 3.2 and above
- Diploma holders with less than 2 years with relevant working experience
- Passion to succeed in a Wealth Advisory and Client Relationship Management career
- Strong relationship management skills and problem-solving abilities
