Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder
- Good communication skills in English and Malay, with Mandarin an advantage
- Patient, confident, active listening skills, problem solving skills, and attentive to details
- Able to manage multiple customer interactions
- Basic PC knowledge and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications
