Job Description
The Manager, Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for developing and overseeing growth of the Loan Portfolio for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) within Business Corporate Banking (BCB). The role requires providing technical expertise on the CRE sector, supporting Business Centers and Relationship Managers, and implementing sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Malaysia citizen
- Bachelor's degree in banking/finance/accounting or any equivalent
- 5 years and above work experience in the Real Estate industry or work for commercial real estate analysis, financing, or a related role
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting corporate real estate transactions is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
