Manager, Compliance Assurance

The Manager, Compliance Assurance is responsible for reviewing the Banking Group’s existing processes, providing advisory and solutions to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, and reporting to the Bank’s Board of Directors and management on compliance to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in compliance and risk management
• Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
