Job Description
We are looking for a Manager - Personal Financial Services Credit (Policy Credit Planning & Strategy) to excel and make a difference. As a key player in the Policy Credit Planning & Strategy team, you will review and align PFS credit policies with regulatory requirements and growth strategies to ensure high asset quality. Your responsibilities will include portfolio analysis and digital transformation projects to automate credit evaluation.
Requirements
- Review PFS credit policy to ensure compliance to regulatory requirement and the Bank’s lending direction for growth whilst maintaining asset quality
- Perform portfolio analysis and continues portfolio management to strengthen credit portfolio performance
- Contribute to digital and AI transformation initiative by leading/ supporting system enhancement projects for credit evaluation in relation to credit risk/ policy across all products
- Perform risk and compliance control testing and address audit query/ related matters
- Assumed the role of Business Unit Compliance Representative (BUCR) & Operational Risk Representative (ORR)
