Senior Executive/Executive - Compliance (Assurance)

Supports review of Banking Group's processes to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Act as an independent unit to detect non-compliance by Business and Support Units. Key responsibilities include executing Compliance Review Framework, validating results, mapping regulatory requirements, and updating regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics/Law
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking and financial Institution with specialization in Compliance or Internal Audit
• Knowledge of legislative aspects/regulatory requirements of banking and financial institutions and banking products
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization
• Possess analytical and critical thinking. Attentive to details
